Our consultant will hand-select virtual legal assistants whose skills, experience, and personality traits align with your firm's specific staffing needs - based on detailed assessements and skills testing.

4. Candidate Interviews

You’ll have the opportunity to interview the selected virtual legal assistants and choose the candidate whose skills and personality best align with your firm’s needs.

5. Seamless Onboarding & Billing Setup

Your selected virtual legal assistant will begin on the start date you choose. You'll receive your first invoice after the completion of the first full week of work, with bi-weekly billing moving forward.

6. Ongoing Support & Operational Improvement

Your dedicated consultant will continue to provide support to ensure a strong fit between your law firm and your virtual legal assistant. We’ll also help you refine and enhance your firm’s systems, processes, and procedures for greater efficiency and long-term success.
